ZyXel Getting Ready With WiFi and Video Phones

Andy Abramson - VoIP Watch

According to my sources ZyXel will showcase their Triple Play orientation at SuperComm next week.
Their product line will be expanded to include a videophone as well as an update to their WiFi phone.
The P5000W Video Phone is "a next generation IP-based video communication device that provides voice, video and data capabilities all-in-one." For WiFi phone phreaks like me, the Prestige 2000W v2 VoIP Wi-Fi Phone will allow users to make or receive phone calls within a wireless network. It resembles a cell phone, and has already won SUPERCOMM’s SUPERQuest Award for Most Promising New Technologies of 2005 in the Application Layer Systems, Related Equipment and Technologies category. While that may impress some, I'll reserve judgement until I actually get the phone to test out.
